This workshop explores dynamic movement through flow routines and an introduction to common plyometric practices, helping you develop the coordination, timing, and explosive power that make movement on the wall feel effortless. 

Physical requirement: ability to jump without pain.

Each session focuses on key exercises and movement patterns that support climbing performance through antagonistic strength training, improved technique, and injury prevention.
